Here at Chispa Magazine, we are proud to announce that the eye-opening healthy documentary, THAT SUGAR FILM, hits select theaters, On Demand, and iTunes this Friday, July 31st. The film is written and directed (and stars) Aussie actor Damon Gameau, and it follows Damon on his own 60-day radical diet experiment to eat only foods perceived and/or marketed as healthy.
It’s a light-hearted and unique look at a very relevant, and serious, current issue that affects the whole family, and our entire eating culture. From speaking with kids who’ve teeth have completed rotten out due to extensive Mountain Dew consumption, to pouring white cane sugar all over his BBQ, the film has some shocking but still entertaining moments.
Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver called it a ‘must-see’ film and we have to agree!
